Yard Sale Day

Yesterday, we had our first yard sale. What fun! The weather was nice and we had lots of shoppers. I'm thinking this might become a regular event for us. At least in the cooler months. I buy so much stuff at Goodwill, it might be a necessity to clear things out on a regular basis. HA! We no doubt, had TONS of crap to clear out and managed to get rid of a healthy chunk of it. All the boys enjoyed talking to the shoppers and Maxton showed off his Diesel 10 train to nearly everyone that came up the driveway. My mom joined us bright and early and came with breakfast. Later, my buddy Dez came with her family. They bought stuff AND brought donuts! THANKS, DEZ!

All in all, a pretty successful yard sale. We ended with a super delish, late lunch at Streets of New York. mmmmmmm
