Christmas is Coming!!

We have been busy at our house getting ready for Christmas!
AAAND..I finally got this blog fixed and Christmased up!

We still have a ways to go with our decorations and gift wrapping but we'll make it! More to come!

Fall

Tonight, we are billion out back with a fire in the fire pit, roasting s'mores, and and hard cider for the grown ups. Love to bundle up for a change!

Happy Halloween

This year we trick or treated around our neighborhood. There was a pretty good amount of kiddos out and about! Tony was a banana. Andrew was a ninja type dude. Mylo was a swamp monster. Maxton was a Doctor and Shumba was a little skeleton with dog treaties in its belly. :)

Rustler's Rooste

My mom took us out for a super fun dinner at Rustler's Rooste last week. Such a fun place with a great view and cool slide for the kids. Oh and a live band that plays all our favorite old country tunes!

Shumba

I am head over heels for my little Shumba dog. He is a rescue from the Arizona Pug Adoption and Rescue Network. He is five years old but thinks he is a newborn baby. He is crazy smart and full of personality! Shumba was his name when we adopted him. We were told it is an African word for lion. Shumba roars like a lion. Actually he screams like a baby when he gets excited, but lion sounds more ferocious. It's very loud, but still cute. I've taken him to the dog park so he can socialize a little more and maybe stop some of his "roaring". It has seemed to help! Mylo likes to go to the dog park and use the pooper scooper!

Shumba is such a cool addition to the family. All he wants is to be where Mom is and be held :). I love this crazy little dog!
