Ten Years Later and a Desk Chair Re-Do

Can we believe it's been ten years since "that day"? I was a sophmore in high school. It seems like yesterday, but then I realize how much has happened since. I now have two kids. I've worked at the hospital for almost 9 years. TIME FLIES. We remember that day and what we felt like it was minutes ago almost. Just like everyone says, "We will never forget."

That being said, we had a pretty productive day around here. Aside from our normal weekend chores, I was able to sand, repaint, and reupholster a chair to go with my desk. I found this chair a few weeks ago at Goodwill for $2.50. I didn't take any before pictures, but the chair was just a polished, dark wood with a cream colored cushion. I love the way it turned out!
